It is one of the terms and conditions of any user accessing and reading the Nippon Autos website that Nippon Autos provides the information and material published on the Nippon Autos website on the grounds that it disclaims all warranties in respect of the same information and material, either express or implied. Contract Formation

Nippon Autos intends that all of the terms of the contract are contained within the Vehicle Order document. This document details the various sections of the vehicle purchase, including details of the vehicle itself, the part exchange should there be one, and the terms by which payment can be made.

Product Availability

Nippon Autos uses all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the cars shown on its website are available but cannot guarantee that any of the products displayed on the site are still available.

Nippon Autos has made every effort to present the true likeness of the vehicle specifications on its site. However, variants to this may occur due to the continuously changing nature of our sales, and we reserve the right to amend or remove vehicle specifications or entire descriptions without notice.

Product prices should be correct at the time the information is entered. Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or changed as a result of circumstances beyond Nippon Autos control. Alternatively, Nippon Autos reserve the right to change or amend any price without prior notice.

Ownership

Until which time all monies owing under a Vehicle Order contract have been paid in full (subject to clearance where appropriate) title to the goods shall remain with Nippon Autos.

Product Warranties

Nippon Autos does not provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold over and above its statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation.

Nippon Autos will take all steps necessary to pass to you the benefit of any transferable warranty originally given by the manufacturer of the vehicle.

Data Protection

Nippon Autos will not pass on your details to any third party without your written consent, in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Any material found within the Nippon Autos website, inclusive of text and images, may not be copied, republished, reproduced, downloaded, broadcasted, posted, or transmitted except for in the instance of your own personal and strictly non-commercial use.
