I wanted a Disabled car for my wife . Looking around I did not find what we wanted . I saw Nippon on eBay had a Toyota voxy . Never seen one before had all the boxes ticked . I was very apprehensive with one being so far away and also import . What I know now I should not have been . Friendly dealing very honest and man of his word . I had an oxygen engine light but was very quickly sorted at a local garage and payed for thanks .

Hi i bought honda freed from nipping motors very nice staff and services brilliant 👏 insurance import was hard put th provid insurance company which is important to drive import car in UK in future I will go back to them to get electric vehicles nippol staff and mohamed amiin masha alaah ur 5 star work together u done well and good luck 👍

I bought my car from Nippon Autos 5 years ago. My car has never let me down. They promised me the car was good and its lived up to their word.
When I bought my Noah they said they can get any part if I have problems. Recently I had my car broken into. All the main garages have said they couldn’t replace my side window. I called Nippon Autos and they said its not a problem. My car now, has its window back in place..
So Nippon Autos… Thankyou so much for firstly giving me a great car and also for supplying and fitting a new side window for a great price..

In all honesty im very thankful for the service at nippon autos they have helped me a lot during my time there and it was best experience. i have bought my car there and it was imported from japan and the dvd was Japanese and they made everything back to english and i am very grateful for there help

I called Nippon motors, spoke to a friendly man Mohammed, we are big family looking for a family car. He went above and beyond to support and did everything for my family,we now have a beautiful car. It is fully equipped with all the family needs for children, he assisted is to get finance as our budget was too low. Thanking him and his staff for their support. The car drives like new no problem and has warranty too. Great customer service and excellent support.

Drove several hundred miles to view 4 different cars from other retailers only to be let down
Showed up on the off chance Nippon Motors had a car to drive away that day
The choice of quality cars was outstanding and I finally chose the car I wanted at a very reasonable price.
Muhammad went above and beyond customers service he wasn’t pushy like most sales persons and left me to view selection of cars.
